Go back to your Desktop, but leave HS and HT running. Have HT running and go to the collection screen in HS. The "work around" I found for this so far - at least it reproducible for me: Go to hsreplay and see that the collection is empty. It now says that everything was uploaded successfully In HT: Login in the card upload section. In HT: Open setting and logout in the card upload section. In HS: go to your collection, get error 104, go back to the main menu. Recent commits have higher weight than older ones.

Have Hearthstone (HS) and Harthstone tracker (HT) open. The number of mentions indicates the total number of mentions that weve tracked plus the number of user suggested alternatives. I was having this stupid 104 error going on for some time now and tried to fix it, which resulted in my collection being empty now. We don't want to make an empty promise and we also don't want to support something that we won't commit to updating.Sorry for sending out emails to everyone on this ticket over the holidays, but I just was able to reproduce the issue with the empty collection. It might be something we can do in the future, but there are no plans to do so at this time. This only works with Hearthstone Deck Tracker which is a Windows application. If you trust us, and you're downloading it from the Out of Cards website on the official page, you are in the clear to accept. My browser says the file isn't safe when attempting to download it. We haven't signed our plugin with a trusted authority so you may get a warning about it from your antivirus or windows itself. If we collect any additional data in the future, it will be opt-in required. We collect your collection data and sync it to the Out of Cards website. What data do you collect with the plugin? We do not have automatic updates of the Out of Cards deck tracker plugin. This is due to us slowly scaling processing based on demand and performance. There are sometimes longer than normal delays in processing collections. Once your collection is processed on our end, new collection data will be used across the site. We process collections in the order they are received. Wait for the site to process your collection. Load back into your collection a second time. Sometimes, your first load of the collection will not sync. A toast will appear in the bottom right corner of Hearthstone when your collection syncs successfully. Launch Hearthstone and visit your Collection to have it upload to the site automatically. After logging in, go back to Hearthstone Deck Tracker. It will state you are logging in and giving the Plugin access to your Hearthstone Collection. You will be brought to the Out of Cards website to authenticate. On the menu bar of Hearthstone Deck Tracker, click on Plugins. Activate the Out of Cards plugin by toggling it. Expand the "Tracker" section of settings. Go to the Hearthstone Deck Tracker Settings Menu. If Windows gets upset about the DLL file, unblock the plugin via your antivirus. #HSTRACKER COLLECTION ZIP FILE#
Open the downloaded plugin zip file and extract "OutOfCardsPlugin.dll" to the above folder.Open file explorer to " %appdata%/HearthstoneDeckTracker/Plugins".Download the Out of Cards Plugin above.Make sure you have Hearthstone Deck Tracker installed.
